Morphometric analysis involves a quantitative description and analysis of form characteristics as practiced in geomorphology and applied to watershed areas. This study incorporates linear, areal, and topographic morphometric aspects of fluvial features in the Oued Msoune watershed, covering an area of 2121.78 km².
The primary issue in this area is soil erosion due to significant runoff. It is acknowledged that for sustainable development, water and soil conservation is essential, with watershed management being the most appropriate approach. Hence, the application of Geographic Information System (GIS) has become imperative.
In this study, GIS techniques were employed to identify morphological features and analyze their properties within the watershed. Morphometric parameters, such as linear and areal aspects, were determined and computed using Digital Elevation Model (DEM) data and topographic maps at a scale of 1:50,000.
The Oued Msoune watershed exhibits a dendritic drainage pattern, with a bifurcation ratio of 2.45, indicating uniform geological structure and lithologies. Analysis reveals that as stream order increases, the total length of stream segments decreases, consistent with Horton's law of stream length. High drainage density and frequency suggest impermeability and limited groundwater recharge, with sparse vegetation. The form factor and elongation ratio indicate an elongated basin shape. This study provides valuable insights into the hydrodynamic behavior of the Oued Msoune.

The call for the renewal of jurisprudence and its issues, one of the most important issues that scholars have been interested in ancient and modern, whether in its deductive or downloadable dimension, which made jurisprudence respond to all issues and calamities through the centuries and successive periods with time, and this interest in jurisprudence and its issues continues to this day people, and since jurisprudence includes all aspects of religious, social and economic life, it was necessary for jurists and scholars to take into account the changes, and understand the circumstances and circumstances, in an effort to download the legal ruling according to the will of God Almighty. On this basis, the article shed light on the concepts related to the renewal of jurisprudence and its issues on the one hand, and determine the nature of the relationship between jurisprudence and revelation on the other hand, with a statement of the foundations of jurisprudential deduction and how to deal with the texts of revelation, as well as highlighting the importance of jurisprudential renewal, in addition to mentioning models of contemporary jurisprudential calamities, in order to find appropriate solutions to them, because some jurisprudential calamities "such as organ transplantation" were not known by jurisprudence before, and this is what was confirmed by the scholar Muhammad Al-Taweel, may God have mercy on him, where he said: "This situation is a novelty that Islamic jurisprudence has not known, and there are no texts and calamities in its heritage with these specifications that indicate that it is permissible or expressly prohibited." Therefore, the absence of the correct explicit text in emerging issues in Islamic jurisprudence opens the door for scholars to ijtihad and find appropriate solutions to contemporary jurisprudential calamities, and this does not necessarily mean that scholars agree on these issues, as they may agree or disagree, based on their ijtihad and rooting of these calamities.

The analysis of the aesthetics of heterogeneity in Cris, a novel by the French writer Laurent Gaudé, and the link between this aesthetics and the writer's writing are at the heart of our reflection in this article. In this fragmented text, Gaudé ingeniously brings together two literary genres, creating an "impure" and chaotic literary universe. Generic hybridity and polyphony become the characteristics of this aesthetic of heterogeneity. This leads us to question the generic identity that vacillates between novel and theater. Moreover, through his writing, Gaudé aims to paint the contemporary Western world after the disillusionment of the modern project and its impact on society and the individual.

In addition, it intends to identify differences between technical practices at the applied stage based on several variables related to the Learning workshop and to explore possible answers to the whole range of questions associated with research. Besides it tries to discover the different teaching and learning methodology based on the study space variable and the study share laboratory space which provided research comparison through the observation and corresponding mechanism during field visits and defined the features of the space dedicated to the exercise of a formative activity. The results of the research revealed the inadequacy of applied technical practice in the plastic arts when associated with the school’s traditional space and classroom for success and creative take-off when changing the features of the learning space to match the laboratory’s specifications. The research underscored the importance of changing the school’s engineering and technical specialty hall to become a predominant, capable of accommodating experimental exploratory curriculum stages in plastic activity from observation and mediation to experimentation and retraining.

With technological and technical advancements, the field of visual arts has become a vast space for both artistic and technical interaction. New creative expressions have emerged, and artistic practices have opened up to each other, breaking down barriers. The exhibition space is no longer just a collector of arts; rather, other arts showcase their creativity using the latest technological mechanisms, which create images capable of raising various intellectual questions. Through this simplified definition, we shed light on the presentations of the French artist Julien Breton, who has imposed a distinctive dynamic between choreography and illuminated calligraphy, or what can be termed as linear marks drawn with light painting technique, a form of current technical imaging that has become an artistic phenomenon dominating spaces of various sizes and types. In light of this, we pose a series of questions: To what extent has technological progress contributed to delivering a comprehensive visual scene? Can harnessing light painting technology contribute to presenting the Arab heritage in the best possible way? To what extent has technological advancement become a necessity in our current era? Its impact in the field of education and learning.

This study examines the educational principles that guide the choice of colors in textbooks. It aims to find out what colors of sentences and words the learner generally likes, and what colors are used in the textbook specifically, as well as to explore how color choice is related to situational (presentation), personal (gender, and academic level), and emotional (preference) factors. 120 boys and girls from the preparatory stage and the first and second grades were tested, with an average age of 82.26 months. The tool consisted of six pairs of simple sentences, with a blank for adding a missing word, one written in black and the other in blue, along with six sets of words that will fill the blank of the sentence, written in seven different colors (red, yellow, blue, green, orange, purple, black), and the examinee chooses a sentence, and chooses a word with their preferred color, to put it in the empty part of the sentence. Through statistical analysis of the data, the results showed that children tend to like the blue color used in writing sentences, and that there is a difference between boys and girls in choosing the color of words, with some agreement between them on some of them. We also found a decrease in the level of interest in colored words in the second-grade primary.

The article has chosen to talk about the city of Saidia, the Blue Pearl of the Mediterranean. Ajroud was the name of this coastal town in eastern Morocco which underwent a modification before its foundation in 1883. The strategic border position of the Kasabah of Saidia gives it a crossroads location that connects the cities of: Oujda - Ahfir - Berkane - Nador. According to the historical thread of this Moroccan region, the Kasabah of Saidia has often aroused the interest of colonial forces, such as Germany in 1870. The foundation of the Kasabah "Saidia" is carried out, following a cooperation between the tribes of the eastern region under the supervision of the governor of Oujda. April 18, 1907, is the date of the French colonial occupation of Saidia, maintaining the position of Caid of Saidia and chief of the tribe of Ouled Mensour, (indigenous people of Saidia), to former rulers in order to secure peace and ward off rebels. Following the unique charm of Saidia beach, the French authorities have programmed several tourist projects for French residents in Morocco. This has led to changes within the space of the Kasabah. Today, the Kasabah forms the center of the city of Saidia. It has benefited from three restorations during the years: 1998 -2004 - 2012. The enhancement of the material heritage of Saidia calls for a concerted approach to local development which includes the following aspects: restoration, culture and living heritage.
