This study investigates the critical factors influencing investment in renewable energy projects and their subsequent impact on development across various countries. By examining government policies, financial incentives, technological advancements, and market dynamics, the research aims to provide valuable insights for policymakers, investors, and stakeholders seeking to accelerate the transition to a sustainable energy future. The analysis delves into case studies from Spain, Côte d'Ivoire, Canada, and China, highlighting the diverse factors that have contributed to their renewable energy success. In Spain, abundant solar and wind resources, coupled with supportive government policies, have driven significant growth in the sector. Côte d'Ivoire, facing electricity shortages, has recognized renewable energy as a crucial solution to meet increasing demand. Canada's reliance on hydropower and recent advancements in wind and solar energy have positioned it as a leader in clean energy. China, with its massive scale and ambitious targets, has demonstrated the potential for rapid renewable energy deployment. The findings from these case studies offer valuable lessons for countries seeking to replicate or surpass their achievements. By understanding the determinants of investment and their impact on renewable energy development, policymakers can design effective strategies to promote sustainable energy transitions and achieve economic, environmental, and social benefits.

This article provides a comprehensive guide to building robust regression models using Python's Scikit-learn library. It delves into the core concepts of regression, exploring various algorithms and their applications. By leveraging machine learning techniques, readers will gain insights into effective model selection, training, and evaluation. The article emphasizes practical implementation, providing code examples and real-world use cases. This resource empowers you to harness the power of regression modeling for accurate predictions and informed decision-making. In this study, the performance of various regression models was systematically assessed using key evaluation metrics, specifically Mean Squared Error (MSE) and R² score. The analysis identified the Decision Tree Regressor and Gradient Boosting Regressor as exhibiting superior predictive accuracy, characterized by low MSE and high R² values. These models demonstrated a robust fit to the dataset, positioning them as optimal choices for prediction tasks. Nonetheless, the selection of the final model should also consider factors such as interpretability, computational demands, and application-specific requirements. This thorough evaluation process aims to ensure the adoption of the most effective and suitable model, thereby improving the reliability and precision of predictions.

Today, there are significant challenges associated with the excessive use of fossil fuels, economic growth, sustainable development, and environmental protection in the world. These challenges affect production and consumption, particularly impacting the environment, pollution levels, waste generation, and resource depletion. Addressing these issues is crucial for fostering social well-being and managing economic costs. This article aims to explore the concept of the green economy, climate change, greenhouse gases, the Kuznets Curve, and environmental economics as essential frameworks for navigating towards a sustainable future. By analyzing the interplay between economic activities and environmental consequences, it seeks to highlight the urgency of transitioning to models that prioritize social equity, resource efficiency, and environmental sustainability. Through this exploration, the article aims to provide insights and recommendations for policymakers, businesses, and individuals to contribute effectively to a sustainable energy transition and environmental transformation.

This study examines the historical significance and urban development of Fez and Meknes, two cities with roots tracing back to the Idrisi dynasty and the reign of Moulay Ismail of Morocco. Historically, both cities have experienced significant economic, scientific, and cultural prosperity, which is still evident through their notable urban landmarks. This historical background has been instrumental in shaping the demographic and economic dynamics of Fez and Meknes, enabling them to exert influence beyond their boundaries into the surrounding southern and southeastern regions. The findings indicate that this expansion has resulted in urban growth that exceeds traditional city limits, leading to the development of neighboring communes. As a result, urban planners and developers are increasingly focusing on these suburban areas, recognizing their potential for accommodating new projects due to the availability of extensive land and space. This research highlights the interplay between historical context and contemporary urbanization in shaping the future of these cities.

This study aims to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and quality of life among Moroccan adolescents. The sample consisted of 96 secondary school students, both male and female, aged between 12 and 16 years (M = 14.19, SD = 1.28). This research is particularly significant given the transitional and complex nature of this developmental stage, which involves significant organic, cognitive, and emotional changes. An initial exploratory study was conducted to assess the levels of emotional intelligence and quality of life among the participants, examine gender differences, and explore the relationship between these two variables. The BAR-ON Emotional Intelligence Scale (Parker et al., 2011) and the Quality-of-Life Scale (Bakas et al., 2012), both adapted for the Moroccan context, were utilized for data collection. The results indicated that adolescents in the sample exhibited an average level of emotional intelligence overall, with average scores in the intrapersonal and interpersonal dimensions, and high scores in stress management and adaptability dimensions. Additionally, the quality of life among the respondents was found to be high. Statistically significant gender differences were observed in the adaptability dimension and overall quality of life. Furthermore, a statistically significant positive correlation was found between the overall emotional intelligence score, specifically the intrapersonal and stress management dimensions, and quality of life.

The study aims to evaluate the reading skills of Moroccan high school and university students using the Alouette test, a widely used tool for measuring reading fluency and accuracy. The primary objective is to compare the performances of these two groups and highlight any delays relative to the established norms for their age. For this study, 160 participants were tested: 80 high school students and 80 university students. All participants were native Moroccan speakers who began learning French from the third year of primary school. The Alouette test, which involves reading aloud a 265-word text in three minutes, was used to measure the number of words read, the number of errors made, and reading speed. Errors and reading performance were recorded and analyzed quantitatively. The differences between the two levels are statistically significant, indicating that university students have better reading skills. However, the performances of both groups remain below the expected norms for their age, with an average delay of -78 months for high school students and -69 months for university students. These results highlight significant gaps in reading skills among Moroccan learners despite ongoing educational reforms.

This brief article, tried to mention the most important figures of the art in the Islamic West and their works, in order to demonstrate their scientific standing in this field, in addition to repel the suspicion that befell them. The article explains that Moroccans excelled at fundamentalist classification in all known forms, including beginning books, explanations, abbreviations, and commentaries. Their contribution was crucial in the development and growth of this art. They were part of the investigation team, and their work was distinguished in both method and content. Imam Al-Shatibi is the most convincing proof of this. Imam Al-Shatibi (790 AH) is considered the pioneer of innovation in this art through his book “Al-Muwafaqat”. A number of notable scholars of fundamentalism and their works have been mentioned in these pages to facilitate researchers in this field.
