The article deals with the status of advanced regionalization as a policy for managing the territorial public affairs in building the new development model in Morocco. It stems from the premise that advanced regionalization is an entry point for building a development model that includes guarantees of its success. The study concludes to emphasize the introduction of advanced regionalization as an entry point for the establishment of the development architecture to be downloaded, by overcoming the imbalances and relying on the material and immaterial components of Morocco, and considering the achievement of territorial justice conditional on the development of strategies that concern the downloading of regional socio-economic competencies, their suitability and the requirements of the development model, and the need to control them in order to avoid repetition and overlap in tasks, and their ability to gradually expand, and to accompany them by activating the charter of administrative decentralization to achieve geographical equity through equal settlement of the interests of the decentralized state and public policies; Adopting the contracting system to achieve the efficiency of public policies and ensure their convergence, diversify the financial resources of the parties, and distribute them equitably.
