In this age in which the language of knowledge is spoken, the illiterate is like the deaf blind, and then the literacy program is no longer required to teach its affiliates only how to draw words and how to pronounce them, but rather has become a requirement to ensure that the student understands and loves the material read, and it must also work on Developing the readers ’understanding and widening their horizons by developing integrated literacy programs that work to raise the level of outputs, and to place the material being read in a scientific way that suits the reader's life and touches his reality in order to affect him and love it, and the number of words must be taken into consideration
