This study deals with an approach of the nature and role of the two sides of the executive authority in the Moroccan political system. In drawing, directing and framing the general policies of the state, which necessitated the extrapolation of a group of the chapters of the last constitutional document and its comparison afterwards with previous constitutional experiences. It has become clear that the Royal Institution kept its pivotal role as a dominant actor via formulating, managing and evaluating the strategic directions of the state, and sometimes the decisive matter is even referred to With the exception of detailed management decisions.
