The aim of the research is to find out the leadership skills level of the graduates of the Department of Educational Administration and Planning in the Republic of Yemen, and to achieve the goal of the research, a descriptive and analytical approach was used, and a questionnaire consisting of (58) items distributed into four areas (subjectivity, intellectual, administrative, and humanitarian), and after confirming the validity of the tool And its stability was distributed to the research sample consisting of (75) individuals, chosen by a simple random method from graduates of the Department of Educational Administration and Planning who hold masters and doctoral degrees for the years (2014-2019), The data were analyzed using the statistical packages program (SPSS), and the results of the research were concluded: The level of practice of the graduates of the Department of Educational Administration and Planning at the University of Sana'a in the Republic of Yemen in leadership skills (self-human-intellectual-administrative) in general came with a "high" degree of practice, and it showed The results: There were no statistically significant differences at a significance level (0.05) between the average responses of the research sample regarding the practice of the graduates of the Department of Administration and Educational Planning of leadership skills at the level of all fields and at the tool level due to a variable (gender, qualification, job title, employer).
