This study aimed to identify the extent to which the identification of the formative needs of teachers is related to the job performance of the state of Medea, through a sample of primary school teachers in the schools of the First District of Barawakia, amounting to (70) teachers, where the descriptive correlative approach was followed to verify the hypotheses of the study, and to achieve the goal of the study The questionnaire tool was built for each of the formative needs of teachers, as it is in its final form of (21) items. As for the functional performance of (30) items, and after making sure of their validity and stability, they were applied to the sample members, and by testing the hypotheses using the Pearson correlation coefficient and testing two samples. Not equal and not independent, the study concluded that: - There is a positive direct relationship between the training needs and the job performance of teachers. - There are statistically significant differences in the training needs of teachers due to the gender variable in favor of the female gender. - There are statistically significant differences in the training needs of teachers due to the educational level variable - There are statistically significant differences in the training needs of teachers due to the variable of professional experience and in favor of professional experience that is less than (5-10) years. - There are statistically significant differences in the job performance of teachers in Berrouaghia.
