The degree of fatwa in the ladder of Islamic law is an impeccable degree and a great position, and the rank of the mufti is an honorable one, and this is why fatwas were one of the original arts in Islamic jurisprudence, and these fatwas varied according to interest, time and place. One of the changes and influences, which is at the same time the wide field that those involved in the fatwa and referendum deal with by questioning and delving into many issues related to it. Who is related to a specific individual, and because the many legal texts have indicated that the interest of the group is taken into consideration and what was among the public? interests that are necessary, necessary and ameliorative ..., and we will present in this research, God willing, examples of fatwas related to public interests.
