Childhood is the primary stage in acquiring the mother tongue, as confirmed by several studies and research. We notice this clearly in the early linguistic communicative abilities of some children, which indicate a normal language development for them, and for others these abilities are delayed, raising the following question: Why is this late for some without others? Therefore, in this article, we will try to discuss the stages of acquiring the mother tongue of the child, based on his word perception strategy with its three sections: The letter, the noun and the verb, and an attempt to explain this relationship with the mental activity of kindness from a linguistic-neurological point of view.

Keywords:

Strategy, Word Perception, Mental Activity, Child.
