The rhetorical system has known a historical development that responds to the conditions that affected Arabic rhetoric in different cognitive contexts, which made the issue of Arabic rhetorical authorship move from research in partial rhetorical issues, to authorship in overall rhetorical systems. In this context, verbal rhetorical systems were studied according to the same path; The verbal graphic format is not separated from the rhetorical format in general. Hence, it is possible to talk about the development that the system knew in the two phases together, as long as the two systems are not separated at the level of research, authorship, and theorizing. What is meant by "partial format"? What are its most important stages? How did this system evolve from partial to total? What are the justifications for researching the general systems of some rhetoricians?
