During the pandemic crisis of Covid19, interrogations and information requests from governments culminated day after day. It has pushed health care providers to transmit credible information to citizens to clear up any ambiguities that may hinder this latter. For crisis communication to be effective, certain measures must be respected and put in place. As the channel is appropriate for the transmission of information, the good wording of messages in order to reassure the population. But also, one has to face the problems that can hinder this type of communication as the false information or infox circulating
