Political participation is linked to intellectual activities and actual participation in the core and corridors of the real practice of politics, and women are greatly concerned with being present within the political act. The political decision is linked to the authority that approves it, and the woman must also be a participant in the making of this decision. Perhaps the urgent call to Morocco through regulatory laws and royal speeches for the massive presence of women in the elections is not a goal as much as it is a means for women to assume responsibility and rise to decision-making positions. Feminism is among the most controversial movements of the twentieth century, as it has been affected by a range of reformist revolutions and modernization experiences as well as political, social, cultural and historical movements calling for the restoration of women.
