In fact, it is a rooted, collective and social thought in nations' languages and history and carries an anthropological and sociological connotation of the social, economic, political, religious and intellectual structures…etc. It is not just balanced linguistically words but it is a machine of social controlling, because it connects different kinds of social powers as religious and symbolic one. Moreover, it draws its legislation from the past roots and the complex whole of culture. Thus, it can be considered as a mirror that reflects the nature of relationships, behavior and prevailing values. It can also be considered as a frame of reference for the process of life in society.
