This study aims to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and quality of life among Moroccan adolescents. The sample consisted of 96 secondary school students, both male and female, aged between 12 and 16 years (M = 14.19, SD = 1.28). This research is particularly significant given the transitional and complex nature of this developmental stage, which involves significant organic, cognitive, and emotional changes. An initial exploratory study was conducted to assess the levels of emotional intelligence and quality of life among the participants, examine gender differences, and explore the relationship between these two variables. The BAR-ON Emotional Intelligence Scale (Parker et al., 2011) and the Quality-of-Life Scale (Bakas et al., 2012), both adapted for the Moroccan context, were utilized for data collection. The results indicated that adolescents in the sample exhibited an average level of emotional intelligence overall, with average scores in the intrapersonal and interpersonal dimensions, and high scores in stress management and adaptability dimensions. Additionally, the quality of life among the respondents was found to be high. Statistically significant gender differences were observed in the adaptability dimension and overall quality of life. Furthermore, a statistically significant positive correlation was found between the overall emotional intelligence score, specifically the intrapersonal and stress management dimensions, and quality of life.

The study aims to evaluate the reading skills of Moroccan high school and university students using the Alouette test, a widely used tool for measuring reading fluency and accuracy. The primary objective is to compare the performances of these two groups and highlight any delays relative to the established norms for their age. For this study, 160 participants were tested: 80 high school students and 80 university students. All participants were native Moroccan speakers who began learning French from the third year of primary school. The Alouette test, which involves reading aloud a 265-word text in three minutes, was used to measure the number of words read, the number of errors made, and reading speed. Errors and reading performance were recorded and analyzed quantitatively. The differences between the two levels are statistically significant, indicating that university students have better reading skills. However, the performances of both groups remain below the expected norms for their age, with an average delay of -78 months for high school students and -69 months for university students. These results highlight significant gaps in reading skills among Moroccan learners despite ongoing educational reforms.

This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of different feedback modalities (written, audio, and face-to-face) on the academic performance of undergraduate Common First Year (CFY) students at King Saud University, Saudi Arabia. The results demonstrated that both audio and face-to-face feedback significantly improved student assessment marks, suggesting that more detailed and understandable feedback can enhance student engagement and academic achievement. While all feedback modalities were found to be beneficial, the combination of audio and face-to-face feedback yielded the greatest positive impact on student performance, highlighting the importance of multi-modal approaches to providing constructive feedback

The scholars of the Islamic West placed great effort into the science of fundamentals, and were as inventive with it as the theorists and investigators. This brief article, tried to mention the most important figures of the art in the Islamic West and their works, in order to demonstrate their scientific standing in this field, in addition to repel the suspicion that befell them. The article explains that Moroccans excelled at fundamentalist classification in all known forms, including beginning books, explanations, abbreviations, and commentaries. Their contribution was crucial in the development and growth of this art. They were part of the investigation team, and their work was distinguished in both method and content. Imam Al-Shatibi is the most convincing proof of this. Imam Al-Shatibi (790 AH) is considered the pioneer of innovation in this art through his book “Al-Muwafaqat”. A number of notable scholars of fundamentalism and their works have been mentioned in these pages to facilitate researchers in this field.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the degree of emotional intelligence in a sample of middle school students. The sample is made up of ninety students, who are equally divided between males and females (45 females and 45 males). Gender and academic level variables were used to randomly select participants from Wifak Preparatory School, which is affiliated with the Directorate of Education in Fes. This study utilized the Bar-On Emotional Intelligence Scale, and the statistical data were analyzed using SPSS version 26. According to the results, the sample participants displayed a high level of emotional intelligence. The results show no statistically significant differences in emotional intelligence scores attributed to variables such as gender and academic level. The aims of this study are to evaluate the level of emotional intelligence among middle school students and to investigate whether there are statistically significant differences in emotional intelligence scores based on gender and academic level.

Morphometric analysis involves a quantitative description and analysis of form characteristics as practiced in geomorphology and applied to watershed areas. This study incorporates linear, areal, and topographic morphometric aspects of fluvial features in the Oued Msoune watershed, covering an area of 2121.78 km².
The primary issue in this area is soil erosion due to significant runoff. It is acknowledged that for sustainable development, water and soil conservation is essential, with watershed management being the most appropriate approach. Hence, the application of Geographic Information System (GIS) has become imperative.
In this study, GIS techniques were employed to identify morphological features and analyze their properties within the watershed. Morphometric parameters, such as linear and areal aspects, were determined and computed using Digital Elevation Model (DEM) data and topographic maps at a scale of 1:50,000.
The Oued Msoune watershed exhibits a dendritic drainage pattern, with a bifurcation ratio of 2.45, indicating uniform geological structure and lithologies. Analysis reveals that as stream order increases, the total length of stream segments decreases, consistent with Horton's law of stream length. High drainage density and frequency suggest impermeability and limited groundwater recharge, with sparse vegetation. The form factor and elongation ratio indicate an elongated basin shape. This study provides valuable insights into the hydrodynamic behavior of the Oued Msoune.
